Great hunting area and just a short drive to boat launch in Gallipolis! Fish, hunt and camp as often as you please!

*Gate is shared right of way for lots 1 and 2. It is the end point of road frontage for lot 2 and beginning of lot 1

Lot 1 road frontage ends at these markers. (see picture for reference).

Lot 2- road frontage begins at this pole and continues to gate at culvert just past shed (see picture for reference).

Lot 3- the gate pictured in the back of photo 3 is the only access for lot 3. A sign is on lot 4 so it’s visible from the road.

Lot 4 is the first piece you’ll see. The gateway is an easement shared by lots 2, 3 and 4.

Directions

From the intersection of State Routes 7 and 554:

• turn West on SR 554 for 7.9 miles
• as you cross into Morgan TWP turn onto Ward Rd, go 7/10 of a miles
• property will be on your left.

Look for red and white Bruner Land Company signs!
